Russian citizens do need visa – a passport stamp on arrival permits a stay of up to three months. Border control may ask to see a return ticket. Citizens of Belarus, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan must obtain a visa in advance.
We’re always happy to find the most convenient flights for our travelers. You can reach South Africa from Russia with Qatar Airways, Emirates, Turkish Airlines, or Ethiopian Airlines.
Send us a request through the website or via messengers, and we’ll find out the most convenient way for you to pay the deposit and settle the balance.
Should your arrival time change, don’t worry – we’ll be there to meet you. Please note that while we cannot be held responsible for airline schedule changes, we will do everything possible to get you back on the itinerary as quickly as possible after you land.
Cancellations are handled case by case, as most terms depend on the accommodation you choose: hotels set their own penalties, which also vary based on demand (i.e., high or low season)
All payments in South Africa are made in South African rand (ZAR). The most convenient and cost-effective option is to bring US dollars – they exchange easily at favorable rates. Visa and Mastercard are accepted almost everywhere. However, we still recommend carrying enough cash in case of technical glitches or card blocks.
Important: bring post-2010 “blue” US dollars; older bills may be exchanged at a rate up to 15% lower.
UnionPay cards are generally good for withdrawing cash. Nevertheless, they are accepted in only about 30% of shops and restaurants.

This agency treats you with respect and tailors every trip to you. This isn’t a package-tour shop that offers a standard set of options without caring about client’s needs; you receive a genuinely individual approach. So don’t hesitate to say what you really want – they’ll certainly listen and make your dream come true.
The service doesn’t end after the payment is made. They stay with you throughout your entire holiday until you’re safely home: you don’t have to worry about entry or exit paperwork – they’ll handle it and send it to you. They remind you to choose your seats on the plane and so much more. If your route is complicated or you’re flying it for the first time, don’t be surprised if they check in during a layover to see how you’re doing; they truly care that everything is going well.
Just as important, the company tests everything themselves. When the staff recommend a hotel, they rely on their own experience, not on “someone’s” reviews. They regularly inspect the hotels they suggest, the transport companies, the airlines – everything you’ll encounter along the way – so they know exactly how things really are.
